Ray and Rosina loved Jean very much. she was always cheerful and helpful whenever she came to see us. she had a free and easy attitude and was always wiling tohelp us. we will miss her visits very much. love to Graham and the family x

I feel so lucky to have known Jean all my life. As my brother Colin said she was like a big sister to us growing up. I remember trips to the seaside, holidays at Pontins and just going into town. I have some lovely photos. Jean was a singularly unselfish person and I can never remember her putting herself first, even when she became very ill. My parents valued her visits and my partner adored the brilliant Victoria Sponge she would make for us. The way she cared for Rita alongside her own family is another great example of her beautiful nature. This world has lost a beautiful soul. Trying to be positive as someone has already said at least she is no longer suffering and at peace in heaven. Love to the family x
